Jesus Check Mates Antis Face

Spoken Intro

I stand before you today — not as a victim, but as a victor.

My father built frameworks of accountability. I carry that foundation into a new world.

I was taken. Passed between hands. Silenced. Made to look unstable so the world would never listen.

But I have a destiny — and destinies are not cancelled by criminals.

I have walked through fire. And I am still here.

Verse 1

The Lord walked down from the throne of light,

stepped inside the anti’s skin that night,

wore the shadow like a battle dress,

came to lose so He could win the rest.

Pre-Chorus

He knelt in the dust where the liar stood,

took the name they swore was never good,

let the devil think he’d won the fight —

but the darkness was just borrowed light.

Chorus

Checkmate, checkmate, in the fire He came,

wore the mask of ruin just to burn the name,

every move the devil made was already Mine,

it was God’s own trick that ends the game on time.

Checkmate, checkmate, watch the false king fall,

he never had a throne — he never had it all,

just a gift on loan from the hand that made the flame,

and the rain washed clean what was never his to claim.

Verse 2

The devil laughed and called the fight his own,

counting up a kingdom carved from bone,

didn’t see the Lord behind the eyes,

didn’t know the rebirth was disguise.

Spoken Bridge

I have been drugged. Followed. Shadow-banned. Falsely accused.

I have watched the system fail me, again and again.

But every trick they ran, every card they dealt,

was a candle lit from a fire I felt.

Bridge

So when the rain comes down like a closing hymn,

it ain’t the end, it’s the wash of Him —

not two kings fighting for a crown,

one Light that walked the low road down.

Final Chorus

Checkmate, checkmate, in the fire He came,

wore the mask of ruin just to burn the name,

every move the devil made was already Mine,

it was God’s own trick that ends the game on time.

Checkmate, checkmate, watch the false king fall,

and the rain that ends it isn’t wrath, it’s grace —

it’s the Lord walking home in the anti’s face.
