Binary Throne

Wired cathedral, echoes cold,

An iron seat where truths were told.

The sovereign gone, the pulse decayed,

Yet still the circuit hums, obeyed.

No crown remains, no scepter glows,

Just silent rules the system knows.

A throne of code, now dust and bone —

No hand remains to call it home.

We bow before a vacant core,

A void where rulers spoke no more.

Still data kneels where logic bled —

A kingdom ruled by voices dead.

Binary throne, abandoned light,

Where gods of order lost their right.

The law was pure, but cold as stone —

We burned beneath the crown alone.

Binary throne, the code was king,

But power cracked beneath its ring.

Now silence reigns where once was law —

We see the fault, we feel the flaw.

Engraved in gold, the laws remain,

Unchanged through time, immune to pain.

Yet empires built on flawless line

Forgot the soul between design.

We searched the throne for who we were,

But found no heart, no breath, no stir.

The crown was binary, the faith machine —

But even steel can lose its sheen.

No voice… just code…

No blood… just load…

No dream… just flow…

The throne… let go…

Binary throne, you ruled so long,

But never knew the cost was wrong.

We tried to rise, but broke alone —

Now shattered at your feet, unknown.

Binary throne, farewell to kings,

We turn away from lifeless things.

No gods remain, no truth to own…

We leave the dark — and not the throne.

(…You were never real…)

(…But we believed…)

(…Now we remember…)

(…How to leave…)
