Don’t assume

Pre intro: don’t just don’t just assume

Verse 1:

Gotta spit some game

(Spitting)

Gotta make it clear

(Crystal clear)

Gotta be careful

Can’t always trust what you hear

They know who to pick

They just want your ears

Always separate

Bullshit from facts

Know when someone

just hating

Know when someone just

cock (blocking)

They don’t want you to take they spot

That part

That part again

Some do the most

Thinking it won’t circle back

But life in rotation

It always come right back

(Always)

Some only befriend you because

They want what you got

(Seen it time and time again)

That’s not your friend

Some people want it to be them

And not you

(Mhm)

Reality always shows you

Some want you to build em up

Just so they can show off like they bossed up

Never bought a thing they flexing

But looks good on the gram though

(Sheesh)

Chorus:

Hook:

Don’t assume Everyone the same

(They not)

Don’t assume silence

Is weakness

(It’s not)

Nine times out of ten

they more powerful then you think 💭

(Hello )

Don’t assume material gain is what makes a person

(It’s not)

Just because Ole dude ain’t

Sauced out from head to toe

Don’t mean he ain’t got game to show

Just keeping it real

(Talk to em now)

(Ohhh)

Don’t just copy the next persons flow

And try to mask it as yours

There’s only one original

And people will know

(That part )

That part again

Don’t be afraid to be yourself

(Only one copy)

Straight up

No chase

Gotta be able to decipher real from fakes

Watch out for your circle

may be filled with snakes

Straight up no chase

Verse 2:

Some people want to see what you about

So they taking a closer look

You cant be giving em all your cards

(For real)

Some will try and back door you

If it feel they think they have more gain

Than risk

Some don’t got they own movement

So now you who they plotting on

they focus tends to shift

That part

That part again

Some want to see if they can get over on you

thinking you an easy lick

Don’t get thrown off

when it hit you like some bricks

That copy cat shit

(Be yourself)

Some know exactly

who to drag into there plays

(They think you easy

Straight up (no chase)

They don’t really like you

Some will tell you one thing to your face

But different behind your back

Whole time you buddy buddy

Come to find out

They steady talking behind your back

(Trust no one)

Can’t rely on what is being said

Watch they actions

Easier to lie than be real

They only with you while it’s beneficial

Tell em no

Watch how that plays
