Good Girl

LEXI:

Sit tight

Be polite

Be nice to your peers

If you give me the wrong look

We’ll make you disappear.

Shackles were tied around our tiny necks

When we were small

They said they’d keep us safe

They were wrong.

LEXI:

Voices in my head

Not allowed at recess

Like it was meant to

tear me to pieces

They always keep us small

We don’t have a say

We’re trapped in a little pretty prison

While we decay.

JENNY:

Ribbons holding on tight

Dangling on our little night light

If we become too loud

We get despised.

Like we’re living in tiny lies

I got F minus for being loud

If being good means loosing myself

Then i don’t wanna live inside your hell.

Buttons in red

Ribbons on tight

If I gotta live in lies

Then I’ll be myself instead

I don’t wanna hide a painted mask

Where my tears were held

I wanna be a little miss brat

Let me get expelled.

No ma’am! Too bad!

I don’t listen to rules

I won’t sit on your little stool

Thanks for offering to be perfect

I think I’ll pass

I won’t sit inside your plastic class

If you think you can control me…

You can kiss my

Good girl ass.

JENNY:

I think you have it misunderstood

When you thought I’d live under a hood

I didn’t mean to be a bad little doll

Sometimes I like seeing your plans fall

JENNY:

I won’t apologize

For speaking my mind

I won’t keep myself locked up inside

It’s time for me to go into the light.

If I have to fight for my life

Then I’ll do what’s right

Oh, I’m sorry when I wasn’t your fantasy

You can deal with it, it’s reality.

LEXI:

Button eyes are staring way too long

Silent whispers hums a song

Will I make it out

Or is my fate sealed tight?

But I won’t stay under your prison tonight.

I got a F minus for not staying small

Good, let my grades fall

If you’d think I’d run and hide

I need you to step aside

I used to have a chain wrapped my neck

Playing show that was always pretend

Thanks for offering to be perfect!

I think I’ll pass

If you thought you could control

You can kiss my

Good girl ass.

기뻐하지 마세요

기뻐해

가서 내 완벽한 것을 키스해

작은 엉덩이

자기야, 네가 나를 그리워할 거라는 걸 알아

하지만 저는 예전의 소녀가 아닙니다.

No ma’am! Don’t care

We’re breaking all the rules

Your so wrong if you thought we were fools

I don’t care if Im being cruel

Let me get expelled from your school

If you thought we were servers

We play along

And listen to the lies on your tounge

That’s when you notice your wrong

Thanks for offering to be perfect

I think I’ll pass

You can kiss my

good girl ass.
