Let the Light Lead you Home…

I’ve seen a weary soul walk through the rain,

Smiling on the outside, hiding all the pain.

Searching for a reason, reaching through the night,

Never knowing God had left a candle burning bright.

You don’t have to preach a sermon, you don’t have to know it all,

Sometimes the greatest witness is the hand that stops a fall.

Let the love of Jesus shine in everything you do,

And someone lost in darkness may find their way through you.

Let your light lead them home, let your heart be the flame,

Show them God’s love when the world brings them shame.

Be the hands that lift the broken, be the hope that helps them see,

There’s a spark of Heaven shining in you and me.

You don’t have to move a mountain, you don’t have to part the sea,

Just let the light of God shine through you faithfully.

And when a soul is lost and doesn’t know which way to go,

Let your light lead them home.

When you meet a stranger burdened by regret,

Remember God sees beauty where the world sees nothing left.

Speak a word of kindness, offer them a prayer,

Be a living reminder that the Lord is always there.

For every heart that’s broken, every spirit worn and tired,

A little love can awaken what the years have nearly buried.

You may never know the harvest from the seeds of love you sow,

But God can turn a whisper to a river as it flows.

Let Your love shine out through me.

LET YOUR LIGHT LEAD THEM HOME!

Let the whole world see His grace!

Let the lost find hope and healing,

Let love shine in every place!

Be the hands that lift the broken,

Be the heart that sets them free!

Let the light of God shine brighter

Through the lives of you and me!

And when our earthly journey ends,

May Heaven hear our Savior say,

“You showed My love to those in darkness,

You helped them find the way.”

Let your light shine… let His love show…

Follow Jesus… and lead them home.
