Here I Am Now

Lights on, heartbeat, count me in

I can feel the room beneath my skin

No map, no warning, no way down

I took the long road to this sound

Every door that stayed half closed

Every “maybe”, every “almost”

I don’t need them anyhow

Look at me

Here I am now

Turn it up

Let it shake

I’m done waiting for a perfect break

If the floor moves

Let it move

I’ve got nothing left to prove

Here I am now

Louder than I’ve ever been

Here I am now

Let the whole damn night begin

Hands up

Lights out

I don’t wanna fade into the crowd

Say my name

Say it loud

Here I am

Here I am now

I used to wonder where I fit

Now I’m too busy making space for it

Every scar became a spark

Every wrong turn lit the dark

I don’t know where this will go

But I know I want the overload

No more hiding in the background

Look at me

Here I am now

Turn it up

Let it shake

I’m done waiting for a perfect break

If the floor moves

Let it move

I’ve got nothing left to prove

Here I am now

Louder than I’ve ever been

Here I am now

Let the whole damn night begin

Hands up

Lights out

I don’t wanna fade into the crowd

Say my name

Say it loud

Here I am

Here I am now

Now, now, now

Here I am now

Now, now, now

You can’t miss me now

Maybe I’m still figuring it out

Maybe that’s what this is all about

No final form

No perfect line

Just this pulse

Just this moment

Just this life

So if you came to watch me fall

You better stand back from the wall

‘Cause I’m not shrinking anymore

I’m kicking open every door

Here I am now

Louder than I’ve ever been

Here I am now

Let the whole damn night begin

Hands up

Lights out

I can feel you shouting through the crowd

Say my name

Say it loud

Here I am

Here I am now

Here I am

Here I am

Here I am now

No more waiting

No more doubt

Here I am

Here I am now
