Lyrics
INTRO
(Whispers)
Rot…
Decay…
Blessed be the plague…
(A distant scream)
We walk beneath poisoned skies…
⸻
VERSE 1
Iron lungs breathe toxic rain
Corpses rise through rust and pain
Marching slow through worlds that die
Green-black halos choke the sky
Rotting armor fused with bone
Cathedrals built from flesh and stone
Every heartbeat spreads disease
Maggot swarms upon the breeze
We were abandoned in the warp
Souls consumed and bodies torn
Now we spread the Father’s love
Death descending from above
⸻
PRE-CHORUS
Slowly…
Everything decays…
No escape…
No salvation…
Bow before the plague…
⸻
CHORUS
WE ARE THE ROT THRONE
LORDS OF DISEASE
WORLDS COLLAPSE
AS WE RELEASE
PLAGUE FIRE FALLS
THE GALAXY DROWNS
BLESS THE DECAY
AS LIFE SHUTS DOWN
DEATH…
GUARD…
DEATH…
GUARD…
⸻
DROP SECTION
(Guttural screams layered with dubstep growls)
Decay…
Corruption…
Entropy eternal…
(Bass wobble sequence)
BLEGH!
March through the ashes
Flood every vein
The garden is blooming
Inside of your brain
⸻
VERSE 2
Boiling oceans black with flies
Funeral smoke replaces skies
Virus bombs consume the weak
Rotting saints begin to speak
Cracked contagion dripping bile
Endless suffering for miles
Bell of ruin starts to ring
Heralding the plague king
Armor dripping pus and oil
Bodies stitched with sacred spoil
Every city left erased
Nothing pure remains untouched
⸻
BREAKDOWN
(Tempo cuts in half)
ONE…
BODY…
BECOMES…
MANY…
(Crushing guitars)
NO LIFE
NO LIGHT
ONLY ROT
ENDLESS NIGHT
(Bass drop)
FEEL YOUR SKIN COLLAPSE
FEEL YOUR ORGANS TURN
EVERYTHING YOU WORSHIP
WILL EVENTUALLY BURN
⸻
CINEMATIC INTERLUDE
Choir + atmospheric synths
Grandfather whispers through disease…
He gifts eternity through suffering…
There is no fear…
Only acceptance…
⸻
FINAL CHORUS
WE ARE THE LAST BREATH
THE FALL OF MAN
PESTILENCE WRITTEN
IN DIVINE COMMAND
THE STARS ROT OUT
THE VOID TURNS GREEN
THE DEAD STILL MARCH
FOREVER UNSEEN
DEATH…
GUARD…
DEATH…
GUARD…
⸻
OUTRO
* Slow fading guitar feedback
* Deep church bell
* Wet breathing sounds
* Final whispered line:
“Decay is eternal…”
⸻
OUTRO
(Whispered)
Decay is eternal…
The garden always grows…
