The Wolf Who Found His Way Home

I was never made to walk an easy road,

Had to lose myself just to find my soul.

Through the darkness, through the cold,

I became the wolf who found his way home.

I’ve been lost in the night with a war in my head,

Carried all my mistakes like a weight full of lead.

I walked away when I should’ve stayed,

Built walls around the heart that I was too scared to save.

I’ve been broken, I’ve been angry, I’ve been down on my knees,

Trying to become the man that my daughters need me to be.

I don’t claim I got answers, I’m still learning my way,

But every scar on my soul got a story to say.

I may have wandered from the path,

I may have run from my past,

But no matter how far I go,

Something in me leads me home.

I’m the wolf in the dark, still howling at the moon,

Lost my way so many times, but I’m finding it soon.

For the ones that I love, I would walk through the fire,

Turn the pain into strength, turn the fear into desire.

I’m not the man I was, and I’m not finished yet,

Every battle that I faced is a battle I won’t forget.

If the whole world falls apart and leaves me alone—

I’ll find my way back…

I’ll find my way home.

My pack is my reason, my daughters my light,

They remind me why I keep getting up every night.

I wanna be the father they can always run to,

The man who says, “I got you,” and actually follows through.

I’ve loved, lost, hurt, healed, started over again,

Learned that being a man ain’t pretending you’re strong—

It’s admitting you’re broken and choosing to mend.

So I’m building from nothing, brick by brick,

Trying to make something real from the life that I lived.

If I disappear into the darkness,

Don’t think I’ve forgotten your names.

I’m just fighting the pieces of myself

That keep pulling me back to the pain.

And if you hear a howl in the distance,

That’s not goodbye—it’s my soul.

I’m coming back stronger than before…

I’m coming back home.

I’m the wolf in the dark, still howling at the moon,

I survived every storm that was trying to make me lose.

For my family, my future, for the man I wanna be,

I’ll fight through the darkness till I finally break free.

I’m not the man I was—

I’m becoming someone new.
