When the Sun Fell Backwards

Light recoils, the sky exhales,

The hour burns and balance fails.

Shadows bloom where day once bled —

The sun has turned its gaze to dead.

The dawn collapsed in crimson glass,

A broken star that choked on mass.

Its veins of fire began to freeze,

Its orbit cracked like shattered seas.

The clocks went blind, the heavens screamed,

The tide of light withdrew, unclean.

The morning fell with fractured hands,

Night returned and broke the lands.

Every shadow grew a crown,

Every sun was swallowed down.

The sky reversed, the time unmade,

And all we built began to fade.

When the sun fell backwards — the heavens broke!

The gears of light became a yoke!

No more dawn, no more divide,

Just endless night where worlds collide!

When the sun fell backwards — no sky, no flame!

The pulse of time forgot its name!

All we know was cast in black,

And still we burn — but never back!

The stars were dragged through oceans cold,

Nebulas turned to chains of gold.

The firmament split spine to core,

And spilled its secrets on the floor.

Light and gravity entwined,

A serpent eating its own spine.

The hourglass reversed its stream,

And drowned the universe in dream.

Fall in reverse! Bleed through the stars!

Collapse the flesh in cosmic scars!

No axis left, no sound, no heat!

The throne of suns lies at our feet!

When the sun fell backwards — the sky grew blind!

The heart of fire dissolved in time!

No horizon, no return,

Just ashes where the planets burn!

When the sun fell backwards — the dawn betrayed!

Our monuments in dark decayed!

Now the void wears daylight’s crown,

The sun has fallen — the clock is drowned!

Light recoils… light recoils…

Until there’s nothing left but cold…
