Windows down, let the night roll in,

Got my favorite people riding with me again.

No matter where this road might go,

As long as you’re here, baby, I’m home.

Hands on the wheel, highway stretching for miles,

Look in the mirror, see my daughters both smile.

Kate in the passenger seat, Tay right there too,

Nico laughing in the back like he always do.

Radio low, but the memories loud,

Ain’t chasing the world, I’m just loving this crowd.

Used to think I’d need everything to feel whole,

Now I know it’s the people that ride when you roll.

So let the highway carry us away,

We ain’t gotta know where we’re going today.

Windows down, music playing, hearts wide open,

Every mile is another promise unspoken.

If the road gets rough, we’ll ride it together,

Through the rain, through the dark, through whatever weather.

I don’t need a map, I already know,

My home is wherever my family goes.

Tay got the jokes, Nico singing off-key,

Kate looking over with that smile at me.

My girls in the back making memories grow,

And I’m thanking God for the life that I know.

Every red light gives me time to look around,

Every green light says, “Keep moving now.”

I’ve been through enough to appreciate this view—

A full car, full heart, and a family I choose.

Maybe someday we’ll look back on tonight,

Remember these roads and these city lights.

And say, “Those were the days we had it all,”

Not because we were rich…

But because we had each other through it all.

Nico, Tay, Kate, my girls beside me,
